We ship most in-stock orders placed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Costs
The following methods are offered to our customers: Local courier service in Pakistan only (no shipping charge) DHL (for outside Pakistan delivery)
Courier
(In Pakistan only at no shipping charge) - Delivery time: 1-3 days (unless otherwise requested)
Option to be selected when the order is for delivery within Pakistan. Local Pakistani courier is used for this shipping option. Online order tracking will not be available for Pakistan delivery; however an email confirming delivery of the order will be emailed to our customers.
Express Courier International Shipping
(for outside Pakistan delivery) - Delivery time: 3-5 working days (unless otherwise requested)
Option to be selected when the order is for delivery outside Pakistan. A good courier (e.g. DHL) is used for this shipping option. Customers will be able to keep track of their orders whenever online tracking is available.
The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Shipping charges are,$20 for 0-500g, $35 for 500g-1kg and then after $10 for every additional kg.
Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by Welcome Express Service within 10 days (30 days for orders placed from outside Pakistan) of delivery for a full refund only if the items received by you are damaged (during shipment), defective or not the items that you ordered. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
In case of an incorrect item being returned, full refund will only be given if the item is returned in its original condition. If the item is returned in a damaged state, only partial or in some cases, no refund will be given. Refunds will be issued after the items have been returned to us.
In the rare case that the item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be notified through email immediately and the amount will be refunded to your credit card.
